1988 BILL Third Session, 21st Legislature, 37 Elizabeth II THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF ALBERTA BILL NATURAL GAS REBATES AMENDMENT ACT, 1988 THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION AND UTILITIES First Reading Second Reading Committee of the Whole Third Reading Royal Assent Title: 1988 (21st, 3rd) Bill 8, Natural Gas Rebates Amendment Act, 1988 Bill BILL NATURAL GAS REBATES AMENDMENT ACT, 1988 (Assented to , 1988) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1 The Natural Gas Rebates Act is amended by this Act. 2

Section is amended by adding the following after subsection (2): (2.1) Subsection (2) does not apply with respect to primary agri cultural producer rebates payable to eligible consumers in accord ance with the regulations. 3 This Act is deemed to have come into force on April 1, 1988. 1 Explanatory Notes This Bill will amend

chapter N-5 of the Revised Statutes of Alberta 1980. 2 Section 3(2) presently reads:
