OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 9, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court for a further term of office of four years commencing February 14, 2001, and ending February 13, 2005: Lynn Connors of Kentville, Kings County; James A.D. Armour, Q.C., of R.R.#1 Ellershouse, Hants County; (
b) determine the remuneration of the above Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court to be at the rate of one hundred dollars ($100) for the first hour of each sitting of the court, seventy-five dollars ($75) per hour or part thereof for each hour thereafter, seventy-five dollars ($75) for a stated case, and authorize payment of travel and accommodation expenses at rates payable to public servants.
