OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 26 , 2013, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with Tri-Star Industries Limited for the manufacture and lease of ambulances, in the form of agreement set out in
Schedule A, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to be effective on and after August 23, 2013.
