Section 14 of
Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, is pleased to appoint Bruce Cooke of Herring Cove, Nova Scotia, as returning officer for the electoral district of Halifax Atlantic, effective on and after March 26, 2008.
