Executive Council

1(1) The President of the Executive Council continues as the Minister

responsible for the following enactments:

(

a) Alberta Order of Excellence Act;

(

b) Family Day Act.

(2) The responsibility for the Public Service Act is transferred to the

President of the Executive Council.

(3) The responsibility for that part of the public service consisting of

those persons employed in Corporate Human Resources is transferred

to the President of the Executive Council.

(4) The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended

balance of program 9, Corporate Human Resources, and the portion of

program 1, Ministry Support Services, related to program 9, of the

2012-13 Government appropriation for Treasury Board and Enterprise

is transferred to the President of the Executive Council.

(5) The responsibility for administering the services associated with

the Cabinet Policy Committee on Education, Cabinet Policy

Committee on Finance, Cabinet Policy Committee on Public Health

and Safety, Cabinet Policy Committee on Energy and Cabinet Policy

Committee on Community Development are transferred to the

President of the Executive Council.

(6) The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended

balance of element 1.6, Cabinet Policy Committee on Education, of

program 1, Ministry Support Services, of the 2012-13 Government

appropriation for Education is transferred to the President of the

Executive Council.

(7) The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended

balance of element 1.5, Cabinet Policy Committee on Finance, of

program 1, Ministry Support Services, of the 2012-13 Government

appropriation for Finance is transferred to the President of the

Executive Council.

(8) The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended

balance of element 1.9, Cabinet Policy Committee on Public Health

and Safety, of program 1, Ministry Support Services, of the 2012-13

Government appropriation for Health and Wellness is transferred to

the President of the Executive Council.

(9) The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended

balance of element 1.5, Cabinet Policy Committee on Energy, of

program 1, Ministry Support Services, of the 2012-13 Government

appropriation for Intergovernmental, International and Aboriginal

Relations is transferred to the President of the Executive Council.

(10) The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended

Aboriginal Relations

2(1) The Minister of Aboriginal Relations is designated as the

Minister responsible for the following enactments:

(2) The powers, duties and functions of the Minister in the Aboriginal

Minister of Aboriginal Relations.

(3) The responsibility for that part of the public service associated

with the parts of the appropriation transferred under subsection (4) is

(4) The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended

(5) The powers, duties and functions in enactments, other than

enactments referred to in this section, that are referred to as being the

powers, duties or functions of the Minister of Finance are transferred

to the President of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance.

(6) The responsibility for that part of the public service associated

with the parts of the appropriations transferred under subsections

(7) and (8) is transferred to the President of Treasury Board and Minister

of Finance.

(7) The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended

balance of the 2012-13 Government appropriation for Treasury Board

and Enterprise, except program 2, Enterprise, and program 9,

Corporate Human Resources, and the portion of program 1, Ministry

Support Services, related to program 9, is transferred to the President

of Treasury Board and Minister of Finance.

Repeal

19 The Designation and Transfer of Responsibility Regulation
