OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated December 8, 2000, pursuant to subsection 5(1) of
Chapter 17 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint the following person to be a member of the Provincial Apprenticeship Board for a term of office commencing January 1, 2001 and ending December 31, 2002: Ed Pace of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (
b) appoint the following persons to be members of the Provincial Apprenticeship Board, each for a term of office commencing January 1, 2001 and ending December 31, 2003: Noel Doucette of Chapel Island, R.R.#1 St. Peters, Richmond County; Stephen Vaslet of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (
c) reappoint the following persons to be members of the Provincial Apprenticeship Board, each for a term of office commencing January 1, 2001 and ending December 31, 2002: Michael D. Bren of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Charles Henman of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; and (
d) reappoint the following person to be a member of the Provincial Apprenticeship Board for a term of office commencing January 1, 2001 and ending December 31, 2003: David Thomson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
