Order in Council 705/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Timothy John DiMuzio , Barrister and Solicitor of Toronto, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective June 16, 2025.
