Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act Public Service Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated September 29, 1998, pursuant to Sections 3 and 9 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, and to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) transfer administration and control of the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act from the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to the Minister of Education and Culture solely for the purpose of transferring, at no charge, surplus educational equipment as set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from the Nova Scotia Teachers College to the Nova Scotia Community College; and (

b) enter into and carry out such agreements and undertakings, and execute and deliver such other instruments and documents as are necessary in connection therewith.
