a) The Building Associations Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes of Alberta 1970; (

b) The Mothers' Allowance Act, 1958,

chapter of the Statutes of Alberta, 1958; (

c) The Pharmaceutical Services (Alberta) Incorporated Act,

chapter of the Statutes of Alberta, 1966; (

d) The Prosperity Certificates Act,

chapter of the Statutes of Alberta, 1936 (Second,Session); (

e) The Tax Recovery Act, 1922,

chapter of the Revised Statutes of Alberta, 1942. 2 This A ct comes into force on the day upon which it is assented to. 1 Explanatory Notes This Bill will repeal a number of obsolete Acts. 1 Title: 1977 (18th, 3rd) Bill 84, The Statutes Repeal Act, 1977
