OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 4, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Ronald William Garnett-Doucette, made pursuant to Order in Council 2000-472 dated September 20, 2000; and (
b) appoint Ronald William Garnett-Doucette of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the Halifax Dance Association.
