Order in Council 737/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Tami Cogan of Kanata be appointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Tami Cogan was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective April 20, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 238/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 238/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
