OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 23, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 113 of

Chapter 504 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Wildlife Act, is pleased to amend the Bear Harvesting Regulations made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 88-349 dated March 29, 1988, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 22, 2001.
