OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act dated November 23, 2020, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Ms. Beverley Cooke of Amherst, Cumberland County, as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three years commencing December 18, 2020; (
b) reappoint Mr. John Armstrong of Arcadia, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three years commencing December 18, 2020; and (
c) reappoint Mr. Rick Parker of Wentworth, Cumberland County, as member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three years commencing May 1, 2021.
