OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated March 23, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 8 of

Chapter 213 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Housing Nova Scotia Act , is pleased to approve Housing Nova Scotia entering into the “Contribution Agreement” with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, on terms and conditions set forth in

Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement, effective on and after March 29, 2018.
