Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act,

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Rose Blanche Brook Water Supply Area as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 373000 5275000 295 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 236 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 273 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 283 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 330 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 40 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 316 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 52 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 115 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 180 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 108 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 875 metres;
