OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated December 7, 2000, pursuant to

Section 61 of

Chapter 208 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Hospitals Act, and to clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 1999-22, dated February 3, 1999, regarding appointments to the Review Board under the Hospitals Act, and regarding Judith A. Patterson, by deleting from the third and fourth lines of paragraph (

e) thereof, the words, numbers and punctuation "of two years commencing December 30, 1998 and ending December 29, 2000" and substituting therefor the words, numbers and punctuation "commencing December 30, 1998 and ending June 30, 2001".
