Section 1 of the Liquor Control Act,

chapter L-10 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended 1 L’article 1 de la

a) by repealing the following

definitions:

c) par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le paragra ‐ phe (1.1) : 40.2(1.2) Despite any other provision of this Act, the Corporation may, on any term or condition the Corpora ‐ tion considers appropriate, appoint a brewer who holds a subsisting brewer’s licence issued under this Act and who manufactures 500,000 litres of beer or less per year as an agent of the Corporation to sell, on behalf of the Corporation for consumption in a residence, beer manu ‐ factured by the brewer if the beer is sold in unopened containers at a farmer’s market approved by the Corpo ‐ ration. 40.2(1.2) Par dérogation à toute autre disposition de la présente loi, la Société peut nommer, selon les modalités et les conditions qu’elle juge appropriées, un brasseur ti ‐ tulaire d’une licence de brasseur non périmée délivrée en vertu de la présente loi qui fabrique 500 000 litres de bière tout au plus par année pour agir comme son repré ‐ sentant et vendre, en son nom, à des fins de consomma ‐ tion dans une résidence, de la bière fabriquée par le brasseur si cette bière est vendue dans des récipients non ouverts à un marché des fermiers qu’elle approuve. 40.2(1.3) Despite any other provision of this Act, the Corporation may, on any term or condition the Corpora ‐ tion considers appropriate, appoint a distiller who holds a subsisting distiller’s licence issued under this Act and who manufactures 75,000 litres of liquor or less per year as an agent of the Corporation to sell, on behalf of the Corporation for consumption in a residence, liquor man ‐ ufactured by the distiller if the liquor is sold in unopened containers at a farmer’s market approved by the Corpo ‐ ration. 40.2(1.3) Par dérogation à toute autre disposition de la présente loi, la Société peut nommer, selon les modalités et les conditions qu’elle juge appropriées, un distillateur titulaire d’une licence de distillateur non périmée déli ‐ vrée en vertu de la présente loi qui fabrique 75 000 litres de boissons alcooliques tout au plus par année pour agir comme son représentant et vendre, en son nom, à des fins de consommation dans une résidence, des boissons alcooliques fabriquées par le distillateur si ces boissons alcooliques sont vendues dans des récipients non ouverts à un marché des fermiers qu’elle approuve. 40.2(2.2) The provisions of this Act and the regula ‐ tions relating to the sale of liquor by the Corporation and to a liquor store established by the Corporation for the sale of liquor apply with the necessary modifications to a brewer appointed as an agent of the Corporation under subsection (1.2) and to that part of a farmer’s market used by the brewer for the purpose of the sale of beer. 40.2(2.2) Les dispositions de la présente loi et des rè ‐ glements relatives à la vente de boissons alcooliques par la Société et à un magasin qu’établit celle-ci pour la vente de boissons alcooliques s’appliquent avec les adaptations nécessaires à un brasseur nommé pour agir comme son représentant en vertu du paragraphe (1.2) et à la
