Order in Council 824/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 86.1(5.2) of the Courts of Justice Act , (the ”Act” ), Case Management Master Donald Edward Short be reappointed in accordance with the recommendation of the Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Justice as a case management master of the Superior Court of Justice for a term of one-year commencing May 13, 2017, with an option, pursuant to subsection 86.1(5.2) of the Act , for a further reappointment for a one-year term on the recommendation of the Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Justice.
