OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated November 12, 1998, pursuant to subsections 238 (2), (3) and (6) and 239 (1) of
Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased to revoke the appointments of the following persons as full-time Appeal Commissioners with the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal: Michael John Mackin of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Cynthia Jane Levy of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; and J. David Savoie of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
