With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name January 1, 2015, as the day on which The Court of Queen's Bench Small Claims Practices Amendment Act (S.M. 2014, c. 30), except
section 3 insofar as it enacts clause 2.1(2)(a), comes into force.
