Order in Council 590/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1659/79, dated June 13, 1979, Dr. R. B. Reynolds was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. R. B. Reynolds has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective January 4, 2016;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1659/79, dated June 13, 1979, appointing Dr. R. B. Reynolds as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
