OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and the Minister responsible for the Administration of

Part I of the Gaming Control Act, dated December 13, 2005, and pursuant to clauses 25(1)(

b) and (

c) of

Chapter 4 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to: (1) authorize the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and the Minister responsible for the Administration of

Part I of the Gaming Control Act to enter into gaming agreements with the Eskasoni First Nation and the Chapel Island First Nation, in a form substantially the same as Appendix "A"; and (2) approve the gaming agreements entered with the following First Nations and attached as Appendix "B": Acadia First Nation; Annapolis Valley First Nation; Bear River First Nation; Glooscap First Nation; Paq'tnkek First Nation; Membertou Band; and Millbrook Band.
