On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection (6)(3) of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario Act, 1997 ,

Ian McSweeney, of Orangeville, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the Financial Services Tribunal for a term of three years commencing on May 11, 2017.
