On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

be appointed as full-time member, representative of employers, of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
