Order in Council 1118/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 12 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , Ralph Dietrich of Mildmay be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Vice-Chair of the Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission for a fixed term of three years effective the later of August 31, 2025, or the date this Order in Council is made.
