Order in Council 808/2024
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Whereas Sara Mintz was appointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective August 26, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1115/2021;
And
whereas Sara Mintz tendered her resignation effective May 9, 2024;
Therefore, pursuant to subsections 16(2), 16(3) and 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 ,
section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 , subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act , subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act and subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Orders in Council O.C. 1115/2021 and 1581/2022 be revoked effective May 9, 2024.
