Order in Council 584/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 , Ariel Sze Mun Lo-Wong of Toronto be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, that Order in Council O.C. 856/2023 dated June 22, 2023, appointing Ariel Sze Mun Lo-Wong as full-time vice chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
