Section 5 of
Chapter 193 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Halifax-Dartmouth Port Development Commission Act, is pleased to appoint Don Elder of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Port Development Commission on behalf of the Halifax Regional Municipality for a term commencing November 1, 1999, and ending October 31, 2002.
