OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment dated June 25, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Environment entering into: (
a) an amended Memorandum of Agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Health, acting through Health Canada, and Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia as represented by the Minister of Environment, in substantially the form set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (
b) an amended Contribution Agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia as represented by the Minister of Environment and The Clean Nova Scotia Foundation, a body corporate, in substantially the form set out in
Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after July 14, 2015.
