1 SUPERANNUATION (SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS) 1 c. 21

CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Superannuation (Supplementary Provisions) Act (Assented to May 9, 1997) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Superannuation (Supplementary Provisions) Amendment Act, 1997. R.S.S. 1978, c.S-64,

section amended Subsection 12(2) of The Superannuation (Supplementary Provisions) Act is amended by striking out “ An employee” and substituting “Unless an employee is employed pursuant to an agreement that provides that a greater or lesser amount is to be contributed, an employee ”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from January 1, 1997.
