OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated December 13, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Education to enter into an Agreement with Resolve Corporation to provide direct lend services respecting the Nova Scotia Student Loan Program.
