OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 8, 1998, pursuant to clause 16(1)(
b) of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of a right of way at least 66 feet wide with respect to Crown land situate at West Pennant, Halifax County, and shown in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to 2393744 Nova Scotia Limited, a body corporate with its head office at South Meaghers Grant, Halifax County, for the consideration of approximately $1,650.00, with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the area of the right of way, as determined by survey, by the per acre price of $1,000.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
