section 3.1: 2 Il est ajouté, après l'article 3.1, ce qui suit : Sexual assault awareness training 3.1.1 Before a person takes office as a judge, they must participate in a course that, in the opinion of the Chief Judge, provides adequate training on the subjects of (

a) sexual assault law, including (

a) domestic violence and stalking within the meaning of The Domestic Violence and Stalking Act; and (
