Order in Council 334/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4.3 (16) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , Robert Dodds of Oakville, a current full-time commissioner of the Ontario Energy Board under subsection 4.3 (14) of the Act for a term ending September 29, 2022, be appointed as a full-time commissioner of the Ontario Energy Board for a fixed term effective on the expiry of his current term on September 29, 2022 and ending on September 30, 2022.
