OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment dated July 28, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 112 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act, is pleased to amend the Air Quality Regulations, N.S. Reg. 28/2005, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2005-87 dated February 25, 2005, to lower emission caps for sulphur dioxide emissions and nitrogen oxide emissions in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after August 14, 2009.
