Order in Council 1778/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , Sheri Price of Toronto be reappointed a part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a period effective the date of this Order in Council and ending September 2, 2018.

Further,

whereas Sheri Price was reappointed a full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of five years, effective September 3, 2013, by Order in Council O.C. 1016/2013;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1016/2013 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
