Order in Council 984/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 1074/2023, dated July 27, 2023, Nancy Macdonald-Duncan was appointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal, Fire Investigations and Emergency Response;

And

whereas Order in Council numbered O.C. 1074/2023, dated July 27, 2023, was amended by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1575/2023, dated October 26, 2023;

And

whereas Nancy Macdonald-Duncan has retired and has, in writing effective March 7, 2025, resigned her appointment as Deputy Fire Marshal, Fire Investigation and Emergency Response;

Therefore pursuant to

section 8(1) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , as amended, Orders in Council numbered O.C. 1074/2023 and O.C. 1575/2023 are hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
