B.C. Reg. 90/2010 , deposited March 31, 2010, pursuant to the FOREST ACT [Section 169]. Order in Council 183/2010, approved and ordered March 31, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that paragraph (

b) of B.C. Reg. 222/2006 is repealed and the following substituted:

b) it being in the public interest, the Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the maps on file with the Spatial Analysis Branch, GeoBC, Integrated Land Management Bureau, Ministry of Forests and Range with the file name LTN-PT13-AIP-20080214 is specified as the Lheidli T'enneh AIP Designated Area under

section 169 of the Forest Act for the period ending April 1, 2011.
