Order in Council 2149/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 183/75 dated the 22nd day of January, 1975, Dr. B. Tunnicliffe, of Gananoque, was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario.

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 183/75 dated the 22nd day of January, 1975, be amended by deleting Dr. B. Tunnicliffe’s name, address and area number from the

Schedule to said Order in Council.
