OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated July 27, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 34 of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2004, the Police Act , is pleased to authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to enter into a Supplemental Agreement to the 2012 Canada-Nova Scotia Provincial Police Service Agreement with the Government of Canada in the form set out in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to such minor modifications as the Minister determines necessary.
