JOHN=S DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AMENDMENT NUMBERS 449, 2009 AND 450, 2009 TAKE notice that St. John =s Development Regulations Amendment Numbers 449, 2009 and 450, 2009 adopted on the 19 th day of January 2009 have been registered by the Minister of Municipal Affairs. In general terms, the purpose of Development Regulations Amendment Number 449, 2009 is to allow the minimum lot area for converted buildings in the Residential High Density (R3) Zone to be determined by Council.
