Order in Council 829/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 335/2023 made March 16, 2023, Simirjit Kaur Chahal was appointed to a panel of lay persons eligible to serve as a member of a Complaints Committee and the Discipline Committee pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the Registered Insurance Brokers Act ;

And

whereas Simirjit Kaur Chahal has resigned effective May 13, 2025;

Therefore Order in Council 335/2023 is revoked effective May 13, 2025.
