It removes both the limit of $100,000 on the value of real estate that may be held by the association, and the $75,000 limit on the amoun t that the association may borrow. Le présent projet de loi modifie la Loi constituant en corporation « The Young Men's Christian Association of Brandon » .

Il supprime le plafond de 100 000 $ applicable à la valeur des biens réels que peut détenir l'asso ciation et celui de 75 000 $ applicable aux emprunts qu'elle peu t contracter.

BILL PROJET DE LOI THE YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF BRANDON INCORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT LOI MODIFIANT LA LOI CONSTITUANT EN CORPORATION « THE YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF BRANDON » (Assented to ) (Date de sanction : ) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows: SA MAJESTÉ, sur l'avis et avec le consentement de l'Assemblée législative du Manitoba, édicte : R.S.M. 1990, c. 232 amended The Young Men's Christian Association of Brandon Incorporation Act is amended by this Act.

Section is amended by striking out "; provided that such real estate shall not exceed i n value the sum of $100,000. ". 2
