, I designate the area generally known as the Rocky Pond

W ater Supply Area

for the Town of Musgrave Harbour as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Bonavista North abutted and bounded as follows:

By a line drawn from Military Grid Reference NAD 27, Zone 22, 289,700 metres east 5,476,000 metres north 291 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres from the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 195 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 252 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 237 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 190 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,375 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 225 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,700 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 323 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,650 metres

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 1 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 74 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,275 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 101 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,075 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 182 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
