OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated December 8, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Susan Brown of Lower Sackville, Halifax County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 86-1127 dated September 16, 1986, while employed with Murtha Melnick & Morrison; and (
b) appoint Susan Brown of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire December 31, 2005.
