Chapter 85 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Condominium Act , is pleased to amend the Condominium Regulations , N.S. Reg. 60/1971, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 71-1173 dated November 23, 1971, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 30, 2022.
