OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated July 10, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 34 of
Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act , is pleased, effective on and after September 9, 2015, to: (
a) repeal the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations , N.S. Reg 133/2001, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2001-525 dated November 6, 2001; and (
b) make new regulations respecting business development incentives in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
