Order in Council 601/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Avril Farlam of Windsor be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective June 30, 2021.
