Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Finance Corporation Act, is pleased to reappoint James E. Radford of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation for a term of office of three years commencing October 28, 2004 and ending October 27, 2007.
