OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated March 27, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 5 of
Chapter 13 of the Acts of 1994, the Universities Assistance Act, is pleased to: (
a) approve the establishment of the Nova Scotia University Student Bursary Trust Fund; and (
b) authorize the Minister of Education to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
